Jillian Brown

Executive Director
Our founder and executive director is an educational leader and doctoral student who has over 20 years industry experience. She has designed and facilitated professional learning for thousands of teachers and school leaders in school, state, and national venues.
As an educator with a passion to elevate people toward greater self-efficacy, she seeks to share a unique framework of proven strategies to maximize instructional time and provide for the promotion of student and teacher well-being.
Andrea Hale

Andrea Hale is an instructional leader for one of the Nation's largest public school districts. She has a degree in Education from SUNY Oneonta a Master’s
degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
She has served in a variety
of school settings over the last 20 years with a focus on improving opportunities for academic excellence and social growth.

relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Jared brings an expansive expertise to our team having held integral leadership positions within government and private sector organizations. He is a compassionate mentor and consummate manager.
We are proud of his leadership on behalf of FEMA and with the United States Military.
As a graduate of The University of Virginia's Darden School, he is accomplished in managing large-scale operations with a high level of metrics-based accountability.
Kairy Garcia

Bringing 26 years of industry experience to the organization, Kairy contributes a deep of understanding of how young children learn.
As a mother and grandmother, she is an exceptional example of how to strike an effective balance between nurture and structure.
She has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership specializing in, Mental Health, Exceptional Education and Multi-lingual support with a focus on early childhood learning.
